X-Small: 4.5 inches long and fits wrists 5-5.5 inches around
Small: 5 inches long and fits wrists 5.5 inches - 6.2 inches around
Medium: 5.5 inches long and fits wrists 6.2 inches - 6.7 inches around
Large: 6 inches long and fits wrists 6.7-7.2 inches around
They can be washed in a gentle wash cycle with cold water and hung to dry. MAKE SURE TO TAKE OUT THE PINS BEFORE YOU WASH IT.
